Refund policy

At Beauty Zone Fab, we supply premium disposable products to salons and spas across India. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we enforce a strict policy to ensure health and safety standards.

Please read our guidelines below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Completely unused and unworn
• In its original, unopened packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Because we sell salon and spa disposables, most opened or used items cannot be returned.

• Hygiene & Personal Care: Opened boxes of disposable sheets, towels, gloves, capes, or face masks are strictly non-returnable.
• Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance stock, or gift cards.
• Custom Orders: Custom-branded or personalized spa products are non-returnable.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

1. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at admin@beautyzonefab.com if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong product or quantity

We will evaluate the issue immediately and send a replacement or issue a credit.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the unwanted, unopened item. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item through our platform.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

• Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Time: Please note that banks or credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund.
• Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us immediately at admin@beautyzonefab.com.
